Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.

Replacement Flag for 8.5' Small Feather Flag Kit — Full Colour, Double Sided
A printed replacement graphic for our 8.5' feather flag — the blade shape with the straight bottom edge — sold on its own. This is the order for a new campaign on hardware you already own, or for retiring a flag that has faded, torn, or gone out of date.
Ideal for storefronts and business entrances, open houses, pop-up shops, grand openings, sale and promotion signage, golf tournaments, sports fields, and school or university events. Poles and base are not included.
The Blade Shape Cuts Through Clutter
The feather profile is tall, narrow, and straight-edged along the bottom, giving you a clean vertical band of colour that separates from the horizontal signage around it.
At 8.5 feet it is the discreet size in the range — tall enough to be seen from the sidewalk, short enough to sit under awnings, canopies, and low branches without fouling.
Double-Sided Print With Grey Blocker
The flag is printed full colour on both faces with a grey blocker layer between them, so neither side shows through the other. Text stays the right way round and colour stays opaque from either direction.
That matters wherever people pass in two directions — a sidewalk, a driveway, an aisle — because a single-sided flag is dead weight half the time.
110gsm Polyester, UV Protected and Washable
Printed on 110gsm polyester flag fabric by dye sublimation, which bonds ink into the fibres rather than laying it on top — nothing cracks, flakes, or peels with repeated packing.
The fabric is UV protected to resist sun fading and is machine washable, so a flag that has spent a season outdoors can be cleaned and put back up rather than replaced.
Fits Hardware You Already Own
The graphic slips onto the pole set from our 8.5' small feather flag kit, sold separately as BL749. Buying graphics rather than complete kits is the cheaper way to run a changing message — new artwork each season on the same poles and base.
