Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Full 20' Back Wall for 10' x 20' Tent Kit — Sublimated, Double Sided Print
A full-width printed back wall for our 10' x 20' tent, printed full colour on both faces across the entire twenty-foot span. The tent frame and canopy are not included.
Ideal for sponsor activations, sporting events and tournaments, festivals and markets, product launches, media and interview backdrops, hospitality areas, and any stand where both the public side and the working side of the tent are seen.
Brands the Inside and the Outside
The outward face works on passing traffic across a site. The inward face is what everyone standing under your canopy looks at — customers, staff, guests, and every camera pointed at them.
Print the same artwork twice for consistency, or split them: brand and offer facing out, a media wall or sponsor board facing in.
The Largest Print Area in the Range
Twenty feet across, printed on both faces, is the most graphic area any single piece in the tent range offers.
For a sponsored activation where the interior shots matter as much as the exterior presence, that doubling is the whole point.
Privacy and Shelter Too
Closing the rear span blocks wind and low sun, hides stock and cabling, and gives staff a defined working area behind the public-facing counter.
On an exposed field or car park, a twenty-foot wall changes how usable the tent is over a long day.
600 Denier Polyester, Flame Retardant
Produced from premium 600 denier polyester, water resistant against rain, snow, and wind-blown moisture, with full-bleed sublimation bonding the ink into the fibres so nothing cracks or peels.
The fabric is flame retardant and meets NFPA 701 Test 1 — required by many trade shows, schools, and indoor venues before load-in.
Fits the SU759 Tent Kit
This wall is cut for our 10' x 20' tent, SU759, and attaches with hook-and-loop fastening — no tools. A single-sided version is available if the interior face does not need branding.
