Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for 10' Straight Wall Tension Fabric — With Wrap End Caps, No Setup Charge
A new 120"W x 90"H dye-sublimated panel in the wrap end cap style, cut for our 10' straight wall tension fabric frame. Hardware is not included — order it to put fresh artwork on a booth wall you already own.
Ideal for trade show booths, conference and event backdrops, retail and mall displays, showrooms, lobby and reception walls, product launches, and recruitment fairs. No setup charge applies.
Restores the Whole Booth Wall
A 10' wall is the single largest branded surface most exhibitors own, and the graphic is the only part of it that dates. The frame and case carry on.
Replacing just the panel brings the display back to like-new for a fraction of a complete kit, and lets you hold two or three designs for one frame.
Wrap End Caps Finish the Sides
This is the wrapped version, so the fabric continues around the end caps instead of stopping at the frame edge. The wall reads as a finished volume from an angle rather than a flat panel with hardware showing at the sides.
That matters on corner and aisle-end positions, where visitors see the sides of your wall as often as the front.
Dye-Sublimated Colour, Evenly Held
Ink is bonded into the fibres rather than sitting on the surface, so colour stays saturated and consistent across a large face and the panel reads matte under hall lighting instead of flaring.
Nothing sits on the surface to crack or peel, and the fabric packs flat between shows without taking a permanent crease.
Tensions Smooth Over the Frame
The premium tension fabric pulls taut over the assembled frame by hand, so folding creases relax out as it goes on — no steaming, no tools, no ladder.
Purpose-Fitted to the SU776-10 Wall Kit
This panel is made for our 10' straight wall kit with wrap end caps, SU776-10. If your frame takes a flat velcro-back panel instead, order the velcro-back version — the two styles are not interchangeable.
