Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for 7.5' Straight Wall Tension Fabric — With Wrap End Caps, No Setup Charge
A new 90"W x 90"H dye-sublimated tension fabric graphic in the wrap end cap style, cut for our 7.5' straight wall pop-up frame. Hardware is not included — order it to put a new campaign on a frame you already own.
Ideal for trade show booths, conference and career fairs, corner and aisle-end positions, retail and mall floors, showrooms, lobby backdrops, and press or photo backgrounds. No setup charge applies.
Wrap End Cap Style Finishes the Sides
This graphic is made in the wrap style, so the print continues around the depth of the frame rather than stopping flat at the front face.
Order this version if your existing display has wrapped sides — a flat-face panel will leave the frame edges bare and the booth looking half finished.
Renews the Booth Without New Hardware
The aluminum pop-up frame and case are the durable, expensive half of the display; the printed fabric is the half that dates or picks up damage in transit.
A new graphic restores the wall for a fraction of a complete kit — and lets you hold two or three designs for one frame and change them by event.
Matches the Original Print Quality
Printing is full colour dye sublimation on the same premium tension fabric as the original kit, with ink bonded into the fibres rather than sitting on the surface.
The face reads matte under venue lighting, photographs cleanly, and has nothing on it to crack or peel with repeated packing.
Tensions Flat, No Steamer Needed
The fabric pulls taut over the assembled frame, so creases from folding relax out as it goes on. A graphic that travels folded in a case still arrives looking flat.

This graphic is cut and sewn for our 7.5' straight wall kit with wrap end caps, SU775-10. It is not a universal panel — confirm your frame size and whether it uses wrapped or flat-face graphics before ordering.
