Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.

19' X-Large Feather Flag Kit — Double Sided Graphics, Spike Base and Bag Included
Our tallest complete flag: printed double-sided feather graphic, carbon composite fibreglass pole set, ground spike base, and carry bag. Nineteen feet is landmark height — the flag people navigate by, not the one they notice once they are already close.
Ideal for highway-facing sites, car dealerships, large festivals and fairgrounds, sports complexes, marathons and races, motorsport and equestrian grounds, university campuses, and major grand openings.
Landmark Visibility, Maximum Print Area
At nineteen feet the flag clears vehicles, crowds, fencing, tents, and virtually every other flag on the site. It reads from the highway, from the far end of a field, and from the opposite side of a parking lot.
It is also the largest printed surface in the flag range, so there is room for a logo, a headline, and a wayfinding label together — use it as a fixed reference point rather than a detail sign.
Double-Sided With Grey Blocker Backing
Printed full colour on both faces with a grey blocker layer between them, so neither side ghosts into the other and both faces stay sharp and correctly oriented.
At this scale the blocker earns its place: a mirrored logo bleeding through a pale background would be legible from the same distance as the artwork.
Carbon Composite Poles Handle Extreme Height
Wind load rises sharply with height, so the included carbon composite fibreglass poles are not a nicety at nineteen feet — they flex with a gust and return straight rather than taking a permanent bend.
That is what allows a flag this tall to stand through exposed, breezy conditions and still be straight the following season.
UV-Protected Inks Hold Colour Outdoors
The graphic is dye-sublimated on 110gsm polyester with UV-protected inks bonded into the fibres, so a season of full sun does not wash the colour out.
The flag is weather resistant and machine washable — worth having on the size that stays up longest and fully exposed.
Spike Base and Bag Included
The ground spike base drives into grass or soil without weights or tools — drive it its full depth here and choose firm ground where you can, since the anchor carries far more leverage at nineteen feet than at ten. The carry bag holds the sectional poles, and replacement graphics are available separately.
