Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.

15' Large Feather Flag Kit — Double Sided Graphics, Spike Base and Bag Included
A complete outdoor flag in the large size: printed double-sided feather graphic, carbon composite fibreglass pole set, ground spike base, and carry bag. Order once and the flag is ready to stand.
Ideal for highway-facing and roadside locations, car dealerships, large parking lots and campuses, festivals and fairgrounds, sports complexes, races and marathons, grand openings, and spread-out event grounds needing wayfinding.
Fifteen Feet Commands the Sightline
At fifteen feet the blade sits well above vehicles, crowds, fencing, and tents, holding its place in the sightline from across a lot or a field.
That reach is what makes this size the practical choice for wayfinding on a large site — a flag at each entrance or activation zone that visitors can find from wherever they are standing. The large printed surface carries a headline or an offer, not just a mark.
Double-Sided Print With Grey Blocker
Printed full colour on both faces with a grey blocker layer between them, preventing reverse image bleed so neither side ghosts into the other.
On a flag this large the blocker does real work: a mirrored logo showing through a pale background would be visible from as far away as the artwork itself.
Carbon Composite Poles Handle the Height

Spike Base and Bag Included
The ground spike base drives into grass or soil without weights or tools — drive it fully at this height, since the anchor carries more leverage on a fifteen-foot flag. The carry bag holds the sectional poles for transport and indoor storage, and replacement graphics are available separately.
