Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

12' Medium Tear Drop Flag Kit — Double Sided Graphics, Spike Base and Bag Included
A complete outdoor flag: printed double-sided teardrop graphic, carbon composite fibreglass pole set, ground spike base, and carry bag. It arrives ready to set up — no hardware to source separately.
Ideal for dealership forecourts, storefronts and building frontages, roadside promotions, grand openings, golf tournaments, festivals, hospitality and wedding venues, campuses, and outdoor event grounds.
The Teardrop Stands Out From the Blades
Most flag installations are made up of straight-edged blades. The teardrop curves in toward the pole at the bottom, and in a row of blades that curve is the shape people look at.
Twelve feet puts the graphic well above vehicles and crowds while the softer outline keeps it looking composed rather than aggressive — which is why it suits dealerships, hospitality, and weddings.
Double-Sided Print, Edge to Edge
Artwork prints full colour across both faces with no border, and a grey blocker layer between them stops either side bleeding through.
Both faces stay opaque and correctly oriented, so the flag works on traffic passing in either direction rather than only one.
Carbon Composite Poles Bend With the Wind
The included carbon composite fibreglass poles flex with a gust and return straight, rather than taking the permanent bend aluminum acquires after one windy day.
The bow also sets the fabric moving, and movement is what pulls attention from across a forecourt or a fairway.
Weather Resistant, Washable
The graphic is dye-sublimated on 110gsm polyester with UV-protected inks, bonded into the fibres so a full season of sun does not fade the colour out.
The flag is weather resistant and machine washable, so a marked-up flag can be cleaned and put back up rather than replaced.
Spike Base and Bag Included
The ground spike base drives into grass or soil and anchors the flag without weights or tools, and the carry bag holds the sectional poles for transport and storage between promotions. Replacement graphics for this size are available separately.
