Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

12' Medium Double-Sided Tear Drop Flag Kit
Get your brand noticed from both directions with our 12' Medium Double-Sided Tear Drop Flag Kit. Standing approximately 12' tall when fully assembled, this high-visibility advertising display combines vibrant full-color graphics with premium composite hardware and an outdoor spike base.
Ideal for storefronts, sporting events, festivals, grand openings, trade shows, warehouse sales, real estate events, pop-up stores, business locations, promotional events, and anywhere you need to attract attention from a distance.
Full-Color Graphics on Both Sides
Your custom graphics are dye-sublimated in full color and high resolution on both sides of the flag, giving your message excellent visibility regardless of which direction people are approaching from.
Unlike a single-sided flag where the graphics show through in reverse on the back, this double-sided construction gives you a properly printed graphic surface on both the front and back.
Use logos, photography, promotional messages, corporate colors, event graphics, product imagery, or completely custom artwork. Maximum imprint area is 40" x 94"L on the front and back.
Grey Blocker Between Printed Sides
A grey blocker is positioned between the two printed sides to help prevent print shadowing and minimize graphics from one side showing through to the other.
This construction produces a cleaner double-sided presentation and allows your graphics to remain clear and easy to read from either direction.
Premium 110 GSM Polyester Flag
Graphics are printed on premium 110 GSM polyester fabric using dye sublimation for vibrant, long-lasting color.
UV-protected inks help the graphics perform in outdoor environments, while the durable polyester fabric is designed for repeated promotional and event use.
The flag is also machine washable, making it easy to keep your display looking clean and professional between events.
12' High-Visibility Display
The complete display stands approximately 12' tall with the pole assembled, while the printed flag graphics are approximately 8' high.
The classic tear drop shape keeps a large graphic area visible while the overall height helps your message stand above surrounding displays, people, vehicles, and other visual distractions.
Premium Composite Pole System
The kit includes aviation-grade fiberglass carbon composite poles designed to provide a strong yet flexible support system for the flag.
Reinforced connection points and double-reinforced carbon fiber pole ends provide additional durability in important areas of the hardware.
The segmented pole system is quick to assemble, breaks down into a compact size for transportation, and stores conveniently inside the included carry bag.
Outdoor Spike Base Included
The included chrome steel spike base is designed for outdoor installation on suitable grass and soil surfaces.
Premium ball-bearing rotation allows the flag and pole assembly to rotate naturally on the base while on display.
Indoor Base Available Separately
This kit includes the outdoor spike base. For indoor use or outdoor use on hard, flat surfaces, an optional cross base is available separately.
An optional water bag can also be used with the cross base when additional weight is required.
