Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

8.5' X-Small Feather Flag Kit — Single-Sided Full Colour Graphics, Outdoor Spike Base and Bag Included
A complete 8.5' feather flag kit — flag, aviation-grade pole set, outdoor spike base, and carry bag. Printed full colour on one side, and tall enough to be seen from across a parking lot.
Ideal for storefronts and business locations, grand openings, sales and warehouse events, pop-up stores, open houses, trade shows, and outdoor events.
Everything in One Kit
The kit includes the printed flag, the pole set, an outdoor spike base for grass or soil, and a carry bag — nothing to source separately before the first use.
The poles are aviation-grade fiberglass carbon composite, which is what lets a flag this tall flex in wind instead of snapping at the joint.
Single-Sided Print, Mirror Image on the Back
Graphics are printed in high-resolution sublimation on one side of premium 110gsm polyester. The dye passes through the single layer of fabric, so the back shows the same design as a mirror image.
That makes it the economical choice for placements seen mainly from one direction — along a storefront, fence line, or wall. Maximum imprint area is 22.4"W x 72"H, front side.
