Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics 5'W x 8'H — Single-Sided, Pole Pocket Top and Bottom, No Setup Charge
A narrow 5' x 8' replacement graphic panel with pole pockets top and bottom. Graphics only — hardware and carry bag are not included — giving the frame you already own a completely new face.
Ideal for narrow frames, booth side panels, corridor and entrance positions, updating messaging between shows, or replacing a faded or damaged panel.
Sized for Narrow Frames and Tight Positions
At five feet wide by eight feet high, this panel suits narrow frames and the vertical slots a full 10' backdrop cannot occupy — booth end panels, entryways, corridors, and columns.
The tall, narrow proportion also works well for portrait artwork: a single hero image, one strong headline, or a stacked logo reads clearly at this shape.
Pole Pocket Top and Bottom
Sewn pole pockets along the top and bottom edges slide straight onto your existing frame rails with no tools and no additional hardware.
Tensioning from both edges holds the graphic taut and flat, and swapping panels takes only a few minutes.
Graphics Only — Hardware Not Included
You receive the printed 5' wide x 8' high fabric panel. Frame, base hardware, and carry bag are not included and are sold separately. Reusing hardware you already own and refreshing only the artwork keeps display costs down across a full event season.
Single-Sided Print
Printed on one face for placement against a wall or pipe-and-drape where the back is not visible. For open floor plans with traffic circulating on both sides, choose a double-sided graphic instead.
Premium Dye-Sublimated Tension Fabric
Your artwork is dye-sublimated into premium polyester tension fabric for rich, high-resolution colour that resists cracking and peeling through repeated use.
The fabric is flame retardant for indoor venue compliance and packs flat without permanent creasing. There is no setup charge on this graphic. See the Art Template for exact artwork specifications.
