Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

4'W x 90"H EuroFit Tension Fabric Banner — Steel Base, Double Sided Graphics, No Setup Charge
The widest banner in the range: aluminum push-button frame, weighted steel base, a double-sided printed sleeve, and a padded carry case. Four feet wide and 90 inches tall — close to a small backdrop rather than a banner — with no setup charge.
Ideal for trade show booths, open-plan and island layouts, conference stages and registration, retail floors and mall concourses, showrooms, reception and lobby displays, product launches, and recruitment fairs.
Four Feet Builds Standalone Presence
At four feet by 90 inches the panel is large enough to hold a position on its own — it does not need a wall behind it or a second display beside it to look deliberate.
That makes it the choice for an island stand, a stage flank, or a concourse position where the banner is the whole display rather than part of one.
Steel Base Anchors the Wider Panel
A wider face catches more air and takes more knocks, so the weighted steel base matters more here than on the narrow widths.
It holds the banner steady in open traffic without needing to be braced against anything — which is what allows it to stand in the middle of a floor.
Double-Sided Print Suits Open Layouts
Both faces of the sleeve are printed, so an island position works in every direction of approach rather than presenting a blank back to half the room.
Run the same artwork on both sides, or split it — brand facing the aisle, detail or offer facing into the stand.
Pillowcase Fit, Tensioned Flat
The graphic slips over the assembled frame like a pillowcase and zips closed, pulling the premium stretch polyester taut across four feet of face.
Folding creases relax out under tension, so a large panel still travels folded in a case and arrives looking flat.
Push-Button Frame, No Tools
The aluminum frame assembles with push-button connectors in minutes by hand, a padded carry case is included, and the hardware carries a one-year warranty. Narrower 2' and 3' widths are available for tighter positions.
