Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

3'W x 90"H EuroFit Tension Fabric Banner — Steel Base, Double Sided Graphics, No Setup Charge
A free-standing tension fabric banner in the mid width: aluminum push-button frame, weighted steel base, a double-sided printed sleeve, and a padded carry case. Three feet wide and 90 inches tall, assembled by hand with no setup charge.
Ideal for trade show booths, conference registration and wayfinding, retail floors and mall concourses, reception and lobby displays, showrooms, recruitment fairs, and product launches.
Three Feet Carries Fuller Messaging
The extra foot over the slim version is what turns a marker into a message. There is room for a headline, an image, and supporting copy without the layout feeling squeezed.

Weighted Steel Base Resists Bumps
The steel base holds a 90-inch panel steady in traffic, which is what a display needs on a mall concourse or beside a registration queue.

Double-Sided Graphics as Standard
Artwork prints on both faces of the sleeve, so the banner reads from either direction — the same design front and back, or two different messages.

Pillowcase Fabric Fit Stays Wrinkle Free
The graphic slips over the frame like a pillowcase and zips closed, tensioning the premium stretch polyester taut across both faces.
