Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

2'W x 78"H EuroFit Tension Fabric Banner Display Kit — Double-Sided Graphics, No Setup Charge
A slim, full-colour banner stand that reads from both sides and takes up almost no floor space. At just 2 feet wide and 78 inches tall, this EuroFit tension fabric banner slots into tight corners, doorways, hallways, and crowded booths where a full wall simply will not fit.
Ideal for trade shows, conferences, retail entrances, reception areas, lobbies, showrooms, restaurants, campus events, product launches, and wayfinding or sponsor signage.
Slim Footprint, Full Impact
The 2-foot width is the narrowest in the EuroFit banner range, making it the right pick when floor space is genuinely scarce — beside a booth counter, flanking an entrance, or lining a corridor in a matched set.
At 78 inches tall the graphic still sits at full eye level, so a compact footprint costs you nothing in visibility.
Full-Colour, Double-Sided Graphics
The pillowcase-style cover is dye-sublimated on both faces and slips over the frame, then zips closed — no visible hardware, no clips, no rails.
Because both sides print, the banner works in open traffic flow where people pass from either direction. Run identical artwork for consistency, or different messaging on each face — branding on one side, a promotion, QR code, or product callout on the other.
Premium Polyester Pillowcase Cover
Graphics are printed on premium polyester tension fabric that stretches taut and wrinkle-free over the frame every time it is installed.
The cover packs flat, shakes out smooth, and is flame retardant — an important requirement at many convention centres, universities, and indoor venues.
Hardware and Carry Case Included
This is a complete kit: the lightweight aluminum frame, your double-sided printed cover, and a carry case all ship together. Nothing else to buy.
Assembly takes minutes with no tools, and the hardware is covered by a one-year warranty. There is no art setup charge on this kit.
