Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

Coloured Evaporative Cooling Towel — 12" x 40", Sublimated Edge to Edge Two Sides
A 12" x 40" evaporative cooling towel in mesh-weave polyester, printed full bleed edge to edge on both sides. Long enough to wear around the neck, and branded on whichever face is showing.
Ideal for hot yoga and spin studios, gyms and fitness clubs, races and marathons, outdoor sporting events, construction and industrial safety programmes, festivals, and summer giveaways.
Stays Cool for Hours
The mesh-weave fabric soaks up a great deal of water and releases it slowly through evaporation, so the towel stays cool for a long stretch rather than warming up within minutes.
Wet it, wring it out, and drape it around the neck — it can be re-wet and reused as many times as the session demands.
Worn Around the Neck — Which Is Why Two Sides Matter
A neck towel twists, flips, and hangs at every angle, so a single printed face spends much of its time turned away from view.
Both faces are printed full bleed here, and they do not have to match — a logo on one side and a sponsor panel, event name, or hashtag on the other. Maximum imprint area is 12"W x 40"H per side.
Any PMS Colour, No Colour Charges
Sublimation reproduces any PMS colour faithfully across the full length and holds fine detail, so logos, photography, patterns, and multi-sponsor layouts all print cleanly.
Colour count makes no difference to the price, and ink bonded into the fibres will not crack, peel, or fade with washing. See the Art Template for exact artwork specifications.
Serged Stitching, 100% Polyester
Serged stitched edges keep the towel from fraying through repeated wetting, wringing, and laundering. The 100% polyester construction is light, packs to almost nothing, and dries fast between uses. A one-sided version is also available.
