Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.

Plush Mink Flannel Fleece Lap Blanket — 30" x 40", Sublimated Edge to Edge, One Side
A compact mink flannel fleece lap blanket, 30" x 40", printed full colour edge to edge across one face. It is the smallest and most economical size in the mink range — the one to specify when the order runs into hundreds.
Ideal for volume event giveaways, stadium and arena handouts, conference delegate gifts, charity walks and runs, school and community events, care packages, and children's programmes.

At 30" x 40" the cost per unit drops far enough to hand out at scale, while the blanket is still large enough to cover a lap in a cold stand or on a plane.
It also packs small, which matters when a giveaway has to be stored, shipped, and distributed by volunteers rather than a loading crew.
The Plush Feel Belies the Size
This is the same mink flannel fleece used in our couch and queen blankets — plush on both faces, warm immediately, and noticeably softer than the thin fleece usually handed out at events.
That is the whole argument for it. A small blanket that feels cheap gets left behind on the seat; a small blanket that feels good goes home.
Full Sublimation Across the Face
Artwork prints edge to edge with no border and no colour limit, and there are no colour change charges — a multi-colour logo costs the same as a single colour.
Because the ink bonds into the fibres, the printed face stays as soft as the back rather than carrying a stiff panel where the design sits.
Double Stitched Hem
The edges are double stitched and hemmed to a retail standard, so the blanket keeps its shape through washing rather than fraying after a season. Larger sizes in the same fabric run from 30" x 60" stadium up to 60" x 80" queen.
