Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.

Ultra Soft Microfleece Lap Blanket — 30" x 40", Sublimated Edge to Edge, One Side
A 30" x 40" anti-pill microfleece lap blanket, printed full colour edge to edge on one face. It is the compact size in the range — the one built for handing out in volume rather than curling up under.
Ideal for stadium seat giveaways, season ticket gifts, race and marathon packs, conference welcome bags, charity walks and fundraisers, school and youth programmes, and care or comfort packages.
Lap Size Suits Seat Giveaways
At 30" x 40" the blanket covers a lap and shoulders on a cold bleacher without the bulk of a full throw — which is exactly what a spectator wants to carry into a stand.

Anti-Pill Fleece Resists Matting
The fleece is anti-pill, so the surface stays smooth through repeated washing instead of going bobbled and matted the way an inexpensive promotional blanket does.
A gift that survives its first wash keeps circulating, and so does the branding on it.
Full Colour, No Change Charges
Sublimation covers the full face with no white border, so photographs, patterns, and multi-colour team designs cost the same as a single-colour logo — there are no colour change charges.
The ink bonds into the fibres rather than sitting on the surface, so the printed area stays as soft as the rest of the blanket with nothing to crack or peel.
Soft Both Sides, Serged Edges
Fleece on both faces means the reverse feels as good as the printed side, and the serged hem gives a clean retail finish that resists fraying. If you need a fuller size for the same programme, our 30" x 60" microfleece blanket uses the same fabric.
