Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

Oversize Bandana — 27" x 27" Square, Sublimated Edge to Edge, One Side
A large 27" x 27" square bandana printed edge to edge in full colour on one side, on cool-touch polyester with a rolled-edge stitched finish. Made in Canada.

A Square That Doubles as a Scarf
At 27" square this is large enough to be worn as a proper neck scarf, folded as a headband, tied as a head wrap, or used as a napkin or table accent for hospitality.
The square format also suits artwork differently from a triangle: a centred design or repeating pattern works as a scarf, and still reads correctly when the piece is folded.
Rolled Edge, Retail Finish
The edges are finished with a rolled-edge stitch — the hem you find on a bought scarf rather than on a promotional handout.
It is the detail that lets this piece sit on a merchandise table at a real price, and it stops the edges fraying with wear and washing.
Cool Touch, With Sun Protection
The polyester has a cool-touch finish that feels cooler than cotton against skin and helps shield the neck and head from sun.

Full Colour, No Colour Limits
Printing covers the full face with no border, and sublimation bonds the ink into the fibres so the fabric stays soft with nothing on the surface to crack or peel. There are no colour change charges, so photographic and multi-colour artwork costs the same as a single-colour design.
