Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Team Towel in Plush and Soft Velour Terry Cotton Blend — 24" x 48", Sublimated Bench and Shower Towel
A 24" x 48" plush velour terry team towel, fully sublimated and available with individual personalization. Sized for the bench and the sideline as much as the shower — substantial, but not a full beach towel to carry around.
Ideal for team towels and sideline programmes, athletic departments, swim and hockey clubs, gyms, beach and pool promotions, hotels and spas, and corporate gifts.
Bench Size, Sideline Ready
At 24" x 48" this is the format that lives on a bench through a game — large enough to be useful over the shoulders or across the lap, compact enough to stay in a kit bag.
It also works as a shower towel for younger rosters where a full 30" x 60" is more towel than anyone needs.
Individual Personalization Available
Each towel can carry unique variable information while keeping the same overall design — individual names, numbers, positions, or graduating year.
A named towel legitimizes a programme in a way a generic one does not, and on a crowded bench it settles whose towel is whose.
Any PMS Colour, No Colour Charges
Sublimation reproduces any PMS colour faithfully, so team colours land exactly where they should and crests, photography, patterns, and sponsor blocks hold fine detail.
Colour count makes no difference to the price. Maximum imprint area is 24"W x 48"H. See the Art Template for exact artwork specifications.
Soft to the Touch, Will Not Scratch
Velour terry is soft against skin and highly absorbent, and because the ink is bonded into the fibres the printed area stays soft with nothing to crack, peel, or scratch. Reinforced stitching handles season-long handling and constant laundering. A larger 30" x 60" team towel is also available.
