Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Coloured Plush and Soft Velour Terry Cotton Blend Sports and Sweat Towel — 12" x 18", Sublimated Edge to Edge
A 12" x 18" sports and sweat towel with a soft velour front and an absorbent cotton terry underside, sublimated edge to edge on the velour face. Your imprint is the centre of attention on it.

Velour Front, Cotton Terry Back
The two faces do different jobs: a smooth velour front takes the sublimated print cleanly, and an absorbent cotton terry underside does the work.
The colour and artwork are sublimated on the front velour side only — that is what allows a photographic-quality image on a towel that still handles sweat properly.
The Right Size for a Bench or a Bag
At 12" x 18" it is the classic sweat towel format — over the shoulder on the bench, around the neck between sets, or folded into a kit bag without taking up room.
Any PMS Colour, No Colour Charges
Sublimation reproduces any PMS colour faithfully across the full velour face and holds fine detail, so crests, photography, patterns, and sponsor blocks all print cleanly.
Colour count makes no difference to the price. Maximum imprint area is 12"W x 18"H. See the Art Template for exact artwork specifications.
Soft, Absorbent, Built to Last
Ink bonded into the fibres keeps the velour face soft with nothing on the surface to crack, peel, or scratch, and reinforced stitching handles constant laundering. Larger 15" x 25" and 24" x 48" velour towels are also available.
