Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Coloured Plush and Soft Velour Terry Cotton Blend Towel — 12" x 12", Sublimated Edge to Edge
A 12" x 12" velour terry towel with a soft printed front and an absorbent cotton terry underside, sublimated edge to edge. Small, gentle on skin, and an ideal platform for a message aimed at a specific audience.
Ideal for teams, gyms and health clubs, hotels and spas, camps, salons, corporate gifts, and welcome or amenity kits.
Zero Ink Feel, No Scratch
Sublimated towels have zero ink feel — the dye is bonded into the fibres rather than sitting on top of them, so there is no raised or stiff patch where the artwork is.
That matters most at face-cloth size, where the towel is used on skin. A printed square that scratches gets thrown away; one that stays soft gets kept.
Velour Front, Cotton Terry Back
A smooth velour front takes the print cleanly and an absorbent cotton terry underside does the work. The colour and artwork are sublimated on the front velour side only.
A Great Platform for a Message
A 12" square is a surprisingly effective canvas — large enough for a full-bleed design, a crest, or a short message, and small enough to include in amenity kits, welcome bags, and camp packs at volume.
Any PMS Colour, No Colour Charges
Sublimation reproduces any PMS colour faithfully and holds fine detail, so logos, photography, patterns, and multi-colour designs all print cleanly.
Colour count makes no difference to the price, and the print will not fade, crack, or flake with washing. Maximum imprint area is 12"W x 12"H. See the Art Template for exact artwork specifications.
