Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Sublimated Table Runner — 60" x 90", Covers the Front, Top and Back
The largest runner in the range: 60" wide and 90" long, so it drapes over the table and reaches down the front, across the top, and down the back. It fits 6', 8', and 10' tables.
Ideal for island booths and open floor positions, conference registration, mall and concourse promotions, product demonstrations, job fairs, fundraisers, and any table people walk all the way around.
Front, Top and Back — No Blank Side
The extra length is what buys the back drop. On an island table, in a concourse, or anywhere visitors approach from behind, there is no unbranded face and nothing under the table on view.
A front-only runner leaves the back of the table exposed — which is where the boxes, cases, and cables usually live.
Maximum Print Area
At 60" x 90" this is the largest printable surface of any runner we make, and the artwork runs continuously over all three faces rather than being broken into panels.
If the table is your main presence at an event, this is the version that treats it that way.
One Runner, Any Table
Because it drapes rather than fits, the same runner works on 6', 8', and 10' tables — handy when the venue decides what table you get.
On a shorter table the drops simply fall lower; on a 10' table it sits as a broad central band over a plain cloth.
Washable, Wrinkle Resistant, Fire Retardant
Printed on 100% polyester by dye sublimation, with the ink bonded into the fibres so nothing cracks or peels. The runner is machine washable, wrinkle resistant, and fire retardant — which many convention centres and indoor venues require before load-in.
