Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.

A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.

Coloured Microfiber Dri-Lite Terry Golf Towel — No-Fold, Grommet and Hook, 15" x 25", Sublimated Both Sides
A full 15" x 25" golf towel in microfiber Dri-Lite terry, printed edge to edge in full colour on both sides and fitted with a grommet and hook. It hangs open at full length from the bag, so the artwork is on show from either side of the cart.
Ideal for golf tournaments and charity scrambles, sponsor tee gifts, corporate outings, club merchandise, member gifts, pro shop retail, and team or league giveaways.
Two Sides, Twice the Exposure
A towel hanging from a bag spins and flips through a round. Printing both faces means whichever way it settles, someone is looking at your artwork rather than at a blank back.
It also opens up a second design: sponsor logos on one face and the tournament or club mark on the other, rather than crowding both onto a single side.
Grommet and Hook, Hangs at Full Length
The metal grommet and clip hook attach the towel straight to a bag or cart, so it stays where the player can reach it instead of being left on a bench at the turn.
Because it hangs unfolded, the full 15" x 25" face is visible — the most branding surface of any towel in the range, on display for the whole round.
Absorbent Microfiber Terry, 2.5 lbs
The towel is 100% polyester microfiber Dri-Lite terry at a 2.5 lb weight — substantial in the hand, highly absorbent, and quick drying between holes.
Sublimation bonds the ink into the fibres rather than laying it on the surface, so the printed area stays soft and absorbent. A screen-printed towel leaves a stiff patch that repels water exactly where the logo sits.
Built to Last a Season
Reinforced stitching around the edges holds up to a full season of use and washing, and there are no colour change charges — print as many colours as the design needs for the same price.
