Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Coloured Microfiber Dri-Lite Terry Rally, Sports and Skate Towel — 15" x 15", Sublimated Edge to Edge Two Sides
A 15" x 15" coloured microfiber Dri-Lite terry towel printed edge to edge in full colour on both sides. Large, double-sided, and branded from every angle a waving towel can reach.
Ideal for hockey and football games, arenas and rinks, sporting events and rallies, corporate events, gyms, camps, and sponsorship programmes.
Printed on Both Sides
A towel being waved or spun overhead turns constantly, so a single printed face is out of view about half the time it is up in the air.
Both faces carry full-colour artwork edge to edge here, and they do not have to match — a team crest on one side and a sponsor panel, hashtag, or event date on the other. Maximum imprint area is 15"W x 15"H per side, front and back.
Coloured Ground, Larger Format
At 15" square this is a noticeably larger print surface than a standard 12" rally towel, and at arena distance size is what carries.
Colour runs to the edges on both faces, so a crowd holding them up produces a solid block of team colour rather than a wall of white.
Any PMS Colour, No Ink Feel
Every PMS colour is available and colour count makes no difference to the price. Sublimation creates sharp images that will not fade or flake after washing.
Because the dye is bonded into the fibres there is no ink feel — no stiff or raised patch where the artwork sits, on either side. See the Art Template for exact artwork specifications.
Rally, Sports, or Skate Towel
Absorbent Dri-Lite microfiber terry dries quickly, so the towel waved in the stands works afterwards on a bench, at the rink, or in the gym. Lightweight and compact enough to carry in any bag. A one-sided version is also available.
