Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Premium Retractable Pull Up Banner — Standard Base, 33.5" x 79", Stand and Bag Included
A complete retractable banner: printed 33.5" x 79" sublimated fabric graphic, aluminum standard base with the graphic housed in the cassette, telescopic pole, and carry bag. It arrives ready to pull up and stand, with no setup charge.
Ideal for trade show booths, conferences and seminars, retail promotions, lobby and reception displays, showrooms, clinics and offices, recruitment fairs, and open houses.
Up in Under a Minute
Pull the graphic from the cassette, seat the pole, and the banner stands. One person, no tools, under a minute — and it retracts back into its own housing just as quickly.
Because the graphic lives inside the base between uses, it is protected in transit rather than rolled loose in a tube, which is the usual reason a travelling banner gets creased or scuffed.
Fabric Graphic, Not Vinyl
The graphic is sublimated fabric, with the ink bonded into the fibres rather than printed onto a laminated vinyl face. It reads matte and rich under spotlights instead of throwing back glare.
There is also nothing sitting on the surface to crack or peel, which is what usually retires a vinyl banner that gets rolled and unrolled at every event.
290gsm, 600 Denier, Water Resistant
At 290gsm and 600 denier the material is heavy enough to hang dead flat from the cassette without curling at the edges or rippling across the face.
The surface is water resistant and resists scuffs, and spot cleans with a damp cloth — so travel marks come off rather than becoming permanent.
Aluminum Base, Bag, and a Year of Warranty
The standard aluminum base gives a slim floor footprint suited to tight booths, aisles, and doorways, and a carry bag is included to protect the unit between uses.
The hardware is covered by a one-year warranty, and replacement graphics are available separately — so the stand can carry a new message each season without being replaced.
