Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

New 230gsm Premium Fabric
As of October 2025 this cushion is made in our new premium fabric — a 230gsm brushed polyester that is softer to the touch, with more body and upgraded finishing.
On a cushion, fabric weight is what separates a home décor item from a promotional one. This is the version you can put on a sofa and have it look like it belongs there.
Graphic Possibilities Are Endless
Digital dye-sublimation prints sharp, vivid images across the full cushion, front and back, with no restriction on colour count or coverage.
Photography, illustration, patterns, monograms, dates, and full-bleed colour fields all reproduce cleanly — and the two faces can carry completely different designs. Maximum imprint area is 20"W x 20"H, front and back.
Invisible Zipper, Removable Insert
A concealed invisible zipper keeps the closure out of sight, so the cushion reads as a finished décor piece rather than a printed cover.
The insert lifts out and the cover is machine washable — the practical detail that determines whether a cushion stays in a living room long term or gets retired after the first spill.
XXL Size Makes the Impression
