Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

Jersey Shape Microfiber Dri-Lite Terry Keepsake Towel — 18" x 17", Sublimated Front
A towel cut in the silhouette of a short-sleeved jersey, printed full colour edge to edge on the front in soft microfiber Dri-Lite terry. Stock or fully custom designs, with no limit on print colours.

The Jersey Shape Is the Whole Idea
A rectangular towel is a useful giveaway. A towel cut in the shape of a jersey is a keepsake — people hang it up, frame it, or keep it in a drawer rather than using it until it wears out.
That is the point of the format: it reads as memorabilia, which means your artwork stays visible long after a conventional promotional item has been thrown in a gym bag.
Print the Kit, Not Just a Logo
Because the outline is a jersey, the obvious design is the jersey — team colours, crest, sponsor marks, a player name and number, a championship year.
Sublimation puts no limit on colours, so a full replica-style design costs the same to print as a single-colour one. Stock designs are available if you would rather not start from scratch.
Soft Microfiber Terry
Dri-Lite microfiber terry is soft immediately — it does not need washing before it feels good, which matters for something handed out at a gate or a stand.
The terry surface is genuinely absorbent too, so the towel works as a towel if the recipient chooses to use it rather than keep it.
Sublimation Keeps the Pile Soft
Ink is bonded into the fibres rather than sitting on top, so there is no stiff printed patch and nothing to crack or peel. Colour runs edge to edge across the front face with no border.
