Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

Bib Apron — 25" x 28", No Pockets, Adjustable Neck, Sublimated Front, Made in Canada
A domestically made bib apron measuring 25" x 28", with a sublimated full-colour front panel, an adjustable neck strap, and ties in white or stock colours. The pocket-free version, for a clean uninterrupted print.
Ideal for restaurants and cafes, breweries and tasting rooms, food trucks and market stalls, catering and event staff, cooking schools and demonstrations, retail and grocery, and branded merchandise.
No Pockets Means a Clean Canvas
Without pocket seams crossing the front, the whole panel is available for artwork — a large logo, an all-over pattern, or a photographic treatment printed without interruption.
That makes this the version to choose when the apron is primarily a branded garment rather than a working tool. If staff need somewhere to keep an order pad or a pen, our two-pocket version is the better fit.
Adjustable Neck Fits Everyone
The neck strap adjusts, so one apron works across a whole team rather than needing sizes ordered and tracked.
For a venue with rotating staff, casual shifts, or volunteers, that is the difference between a stock cupboard and a fitting exercise.
Poly-Cotton Blend Wears and Washes Well
The durable poly-cotton blend handles daily service and machine washing, which is the only test that matters for a garment worn in a kitchen or behind a bar.
Because ink is bonded into the fibres, the printed panel stays soft and there is nothing to crack or peel after repeated laundering.
White or Stock Coloured Ties
Ties are available in white or stock colours, so the trim can either disappear against the print or pick up a brand colour. There are no colour change charges on the printed panel regardless of how many colours the design uses.
