Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Coloured Microfiber Dri-Lite Terry Fan, Cheering and Skate Towel — 12" x 12", Sublimated Two Sides
A 12" x 12" coloured microfiber towel printed full colour edge to edge on both sides. Built to be waved: two printed faces mean it reads as branded from anywhere in the building, whichever way it happens to be turned.
Ideal for sports teams, arenas and stadiums, hockey and skating programmes, schools and universities, spirit squads, corporate events, product launches, and event giveaways.
Coloured Ground, Not White
The towel starts as coloured microfiber rather than white, which gives your artwork a solid base to sit against instead of leaving unprinted areas reading as blank.
Logos and lettering gain contrast, and a crowd holding them up produces a block of team colour rather than a wall of white.
Two Printed Faces
Both sides carry full-colour artwork edge to edge, so a towel spinning overhead never turns a blank side to the camera or the far stand.
The faces do not have to match — a team crest on one side and a sponsor panel, hashtag, or event date on the other is a common split. Maximum imprint area is 12"W x 12"H per side.
Any PMS Colour, No Colour Charges
Sublimation reproduces any PMS colour faithfully and holds fine detail, so crests, photography, patterns, and multi-sponsor layouts all print cleanly.

A Keepsake That Also Works
Ink bonded into the fibres keeps images sharp through repeated washing, with nothing on the surface to crack or flake.
Absorbent Dri-Lite microfiber terry dries fast, so the same towel doubles as a genuinely useful gym, rink, or skate towel long after the game it was handed out at. A one-sided version and a smaller 10" x 10" size are also available.
