Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Coloured Microfiber Dri-Lite Terry Rally Towel — 12" x 18", Sublimated Edge to Edge, 2 Sides
A 12" x 18" rally towel printed edge to edge on both sides over a coloured base — built to be waved in the stands, hung on a skate bag, and then actually used. Soft microfiber Dri-Lite terry means it earns a place in the gear bag instead of the giveaway pile.
Ideal for rally and playoff giveaways, sports teams, skate and hockey programs, gyms and fitness studios, golf tournaments, school spirit events, fundraisers, and sponsor activations.
Coloured Base for Stronger Contrast

Microfiber Dri-Lite Terry
Microfiber Dri-Lite terry is soft, genuinely absorbent, and quick drying — a functional sport towel rather than a thin printed rag.
Because dye sublimation bonds the ink into the fibres instead of sitting on top of them, the towel stays soft and the graphics do not crack, peel, or stiffen with washing and repeated use.
The Right Size to Wave
Twelve by eighteen inches is the classic rally proportion — large enough to be visible when a full section waves them together, small enough to hold, pocket, and hand out by the thousand at a gate.
