Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for Frontlit SEG Fabric Banner Stand — 40" x 80", Single Sided, No Setup Charge
A new dye-sublimated silicone edge graphic sized 40" x 80" for our frontlit SEG fabric banner stand, printed single sided. The frame is not included — this is the order for a rebrand, a new campaign, or a panel that has been marked up in transit.
Ideal for trade show booths, conferences and seminars, retail promotions, lobby and reception displays, showrooms, clinics and offices, and recurring events where the message changes but the hardware does not. No setup charge applies.
Renews the Stand Without a New Frame
The aluminum frame and case are the parts that last; the printed panel is the part that dates. Replacing the graphic alone gives you a visually new display for a fraction of a complete unit.
Keep two or three panels for one frame and the same stand covers a trade show, a recruitment day, and a seasonal promotion.
Silicone Edge Binding Tucks In Neatly
A silicone strip sewn into the panel edge presses into the channel around the frame, hiding all hardware and graphic edges behind a flush, frameless printed face.
Fitting takes a minute by hand with no tools, so the swap happens on site rather than in a workshop.
Vibrant, Wrinkle-Free Finish
Printed on premium polyester by dye sublimation, with the ink bonded into the fibres rather than sitting on the surface — nothing cracks, flakes, or peels with repeated packing.
The fabric stretches taut in the frame, so folding creases pull out as it tensions and the panel looks freshly printed even after a season in a case.
Fits BL803 and PM803 Hardware
This graphic is cut for our 40" x 80" SEG banner stand frames, BL803 and PM803. It is not a universal panel — confirm your frame model and size before ordering.
