Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Frontlit SEG Fabric Banner Stand — 40" x 96", Bag Included, No Setup Charge
A complete 40" x 96" SEG banner stand: lightweight aluminum frame, a single-sided dye-sublimated premium polyester graphic with silicone edge binding, and a carry bag. Tool-free assembly, no setup charge.

Ninety-Six Inches Lifts the Message Above the Crowd
At eight feet tall the top of the graphic sits well above standing heads, so the display still reads from the far side of a busy hall rather than disappearing behind the people in front of it.

Silicone Edge Graphics Hide the Frame Completely
A silicone strip sewn into the graphic edge presses into the channel around the frame, so the fabric sits tensioned flush to the edge with no visible hardware and no border interrupting the artwork.
The display reads as built into the space rather than propped up in it — which is why SEG has largely replaced pole-and-pocket banners at professional shows.
Premium Polyester, Dye-Sublimated
The graphic is printed on premium stretch polyester with the ink bonded into the fibres, so colour stays saturated, the fabric stays soft, and nothing sits on the surface to crack or peel.
Tensioning into the frame pulls out travel creases on setup, so a panel folded in a bag hangs flat across all eight feet within minutes.
Lightweight Frame, No Tools Required
The aluminum frame pushes together by hand with no tools and no loose fixings, and a carry bag is included for show-to-show transport. Replacement graphics are available separately, so the same frame carries a new message each season.
