Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Backlit LED Light Box SEG Floor Display Wall Kit — 10'W x 8'H, No Setup Charge
A complete illuminated SEG wall sized to a standard inline booth: LED-equipped aluminum frame, two printed single-sided graphics, and a soft carry case. Ten feet of lit brand presence, with no setup charge.
Ideal for 10' x 10' trade show booths, media walls, press conferences, interviews, photo and video backdrops, conference stages, retail feature walls, reception areas, and permanent office branding.
Built to the Standard Booth Width
Ten feet is the frontage of a standard inline exhibit space, so this wall fills your allotment corner to corner with one continuous lit graphic rather than two narrower banners with a gap between them.
Two of these frames also line up to form a 20-foot illuminated run if you upgrade to a double booth, which protects the investment as your show programme grows.
Backlighting Changes How Colour Reads
Built-in LEDs push light through the fabric from behind, so colours are transmitted rather than reflected. Saturated brand colours become luminous and dark areas hold their depth.
In a crowded hall where every neighbour has a printed backdrop, a lit ten-foot wall is what visitors notice first — and it keeps working under dim or uneven house lighting that flattens everything around it.
Two Graphics Included
The kit includes two printed single-sided graphics, so the wall can run two different messages from day one, or keep working while one panel is out for reprint.
Silicone Edge Graphics, Seamless Finish
A silicone strip sewn into the panel edge tucks into the channel around the frame, concealing all hardware and graphic edges behind a flush, frameless printed face.
Because changing the graphic takes only minutes, one lit frame can serve a rotating calendar of shows and promotions at no further hardware cost.
Tool-Free Assembly and Transport
The lightweight aluminum frame assembles fully tool-free despite the integrated lighting, so a ten-foot wall still goes up without hired labour — worth noting at venues where union install time is billable.
A soft carry case made from 600 denier polyester is included to protect the frame and LED components in transit and storage, which matters for a display with electronics inside.
