Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Backlit LED Light Box SEG Floor Display Banner Kit — 40"W x 96"H, No Setup Charge
A complete eight-foot illuminated SEG tower: LED-equipped aluminum frame, two printed single-sided graphics, and a soft carry case. This is the tallest of our backlit floor displays — a lit column of brand that holds attention from across a hall. No setup charge.
Ideal for trade show entrances, retail and mall concourses, hotel and airport signage, conference registration, showrooms, lobbies, product launches, and premium permanent installations.
A Ninety-Six-Inch Lit Tower
At eight feet tall and forty inches wide, the proportions read as a tower rather than a banner. Illuminated at that height it is visible over crowds and down long sightlines where a standard panel is lost behind people.
Design to the format: logo and headline in the upper half where the view is clear, supporting detail below for visitors who have walked up.
Even Illumination, No Hot Spots
Keeping light uniform gets harder the taller a light box gets. LED arrays run along the top and bottom of the frame and are laid out to distribute light evenly across the full height, avoiding the bright patches and dim corners that make a cheap light box look cheap.
Consistent brightness is what makes a photograph or gradient reproduce properly on a backlit panel — and what makes the display look like a fixture rather than a temporary sign.
Two Graphics Included
The kit includes two printed single-sided graphics, so the tower can carry two different messages from the outset — or keep working while one panel is out for reprint.
Silicone Edge Graphics Swap in Seconds
The silicone strip sewn into the panel edge tucks into the channel around the frame, concealing all hardware behind a flush, frameless printed face.
Because changing the graphic takes only minutes, one lit tower can serve a rotating calendar of promotions without any further hardware cost.
Tool-Free Assembly and Transport
The aluminum frame assembles fully tool-free even with the lighting integrated, and a 600D polyester carry case is included to protect the frame and LED components between venues.
