Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Premium Retractable Pull Up Banner with Double Sided Graphics — 33.5" x 79", Standard Base
A complete double-sided retractable on our standard base: two 33.5" x 79" printed panels on anti-reflective grey back film, aluminum base, telescopic pole, and a padded carry case. Both directions covered on a slim floor footprint, with no setup charge.
Ideal for trade show booths, conference registration and corridors, retail floors, lobby and reception displays, showrooms, clinics and offices, and narrow positions passed on both sides.
Reaches Traffic in Both Directions
In a corridor, an aisle, or a doorway, half the people who pass a single-sided banner see nothing but its back. Printing both faces removes that dead half.
Run matching artwork for a consistent look from either side, or split the panels between two messages.
Slim Standard Base
The standard base gives a narrow floor footprint, which suits tight booths, aisles, and doorways where a wide base would be in the way.
If the banner will stand in heavy pedestrian traffic, our deluxe wide base version of the same double-sided display offers more stability.
Cassette Protects Both Graphics
Both panels retract into the housing between uses, so they travel protected rather than rolled loose in a tube — the usual reason a travelling banner gets creased or scuffed.
Setup is a matter of pulling up and seating the pole: one person, no tools, under a minute.
Anti-Reflective, Bright White Base
Both faces carry an anti-reflective finish so neither flares under spotlights or overhead lighting.
A bright white print base sharpens colour contrast, keeping fine detail and small type legible on both sides.
Grey Back Film, 98% Opacity
The grey backing layer gives each panel 98% opacity, so the two faces stay independent with no ghosting between them and no background light reading through the artwork.
