Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

15' Tent Canopy Only — Blank, Frame Not Included
A heavy-duty 15' x 10' fabric canopy, imported and held in stock, sold blank in a stock colour. This is a cost-effective way to put a large sheltered footprint over your team — or to replace a worn canopy on a frame you already own.
Ideal for outdoor and indoor events, parking lot promotions, sporting events, festivals, markets, school and community functions, and any activation that needs shade and weather cover across a wide span.
Premium 600D Polyester, Water Resistant
The canopy is produced from premium 600 denier polyester engineered for repeated event use. The material is water resistant and helps protect against rain, snow, wind-blown moisture, and general outdoor exposure.
Reinforced premium stitching adds extra strength at the corners and other high-stress areas — the points that fail first on a canopy that spends its season outdoors.
Flame Retardant, NFPA 701 Test 1
The canopy is flame retardant and meets NFPA 701 Test 1 requirements — an important consideration for many trade shows, convention centres, schools, universities, and indoor venues that require certification before load-in.
Fifteen Feet of Covered Space
At 15' x 10' this covers noticeably more ground than a standard 10' x 10' tent, which is the difference between sheltering a table and sheltering a table, your staff, your stock, and the visitors you are talking to.
Use it as a registration area, sampling station, team headquarters, product display, merchandise stand, or shaded seating for an outdoor programme.
Sold Blank — Frame Sold Separately
This stock-coloured canopy is sold as blank only, with no printing. If you need custom graphics, our sublimated tent kits print full colour, full bleed across all four sides.
The hardware frame is sold separately — use BL784, our 15' x 10' aluminum 40mm hexagon-shape tent frame.
