Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

20' Tent Canopy Only — Blank, Hardware Frame Not Included
An unprinted replacement canopy for our 10' x 20' tent frame. The frame is not included — this is the order for restoring a large tent whose top has faded, torn, or stained, or for adding a clean spare so the printed canopy is kept for the events that matter.
Ideal for sporting events and tournaments, festivals and markets, race and marathon support, parking lot promotions, school and community events, staff and volunteer shade, and any long day where the tent is there to do a job rather than to advertise.
Restores a Large Tent Without New Hardware
The frame is the expensive, durable half of a tent; the canopy is the half that lives in the sun. Replacing the top brings a tired 10' x 20' unit back to full service for a fraction of a complete kit.
That difference is worth more at this size than at any other — a twenty-foot frame is a significant asset, and a worn top is no reason to retire it.
Blank Suits Any Event
An unprinted canopy goes anywhere. It works for the tents that provide shade, first aid, registration, storage, or staff shelter rather than branding, and it does not date when your logo or campaign changes.
Many organisations run one printed canopy and one blank on the same frame — the branded top for public-facing days, the plain one for the working positions that would only wear it out.
Built for Repeated Outdoor Use
The canopy is produced from premium polyester engineered for event service, with reinforced stitching at the corners and other high-stress points — the places that fail first on a top that lives outdoors.
The material is water resistant against rain, snow, and wind-blown moisture, and covers a wide 10' x 20' footprint where a canopy sees more wind load than a 10' x 10' ever will.
Check the Frame Size Before Ordering
This canopy is cut for a 10' x 20' frame. Tent tops are size-specific and are not interchangeable between footprints, so confirm your frame measures 10' x 20' before ordering — a 10' x 10' canopy will not fit and a 20' top will not tension on a smaller frame.
