Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Backlit LED Light Box SEG Floor Display Banner Kit — Hardware Only, 40" x 80"
An illuminated SEG display frame with LED lighting built into the structure. Your graphic is lit from behind rather than relying on venue lighting, so the colours glow instead of sitting flat. Graphics are not included.
Ideal for trade show entries, retail and mall displays, restaurant and cinema menu boards, hotel and airport signage, showrooms, lobbies, and any dimly lit venue where a printed panel would disappear.
Backlighting Changes How Colour Reads
Built-in LEDs push light through the fabric from behind, so colours are transmitted rather than reflected. Saturated brand colours become luminous and dark areas hold their depth.
In a crowded hall where every neighbour has a printed banner, a lit box is the display people notice first — and it keeps working under dim or uneven house lighting that flattens everything around it.
40" x 80" Footprint
At forty inches wide, this fits narrow spaces — beside a booth entrance, against a column, in a corridor, or flanking a doorway in pairs — without eating floor space you need for conversations.
Keep artwork bold and uncluttered for a backlit panel: strong shapes, high contrast, and minimal fine text make the most of illumination. Graphics for this size are available in the complete kit as LT809.
Silicone Edge Graphics, Seamless Finish
A silicone strip sewn into the fabric edge tucks into the channel around the frame, hiding all hardware and edges behind a flush printed surface.
Swapping panels takes minutes, so a single lit frame carries new artwork for each promotion, season, or menu change.
Tool-Free Assembly and Transport
The aluminum frame assembles fully tool-free despite the integrated lighting, and a 600D polyester carry case is included to protect the frame and LED components in transit — important for a display with electronics inside.
