Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Frontlit SEG Fabric Floor Wall Kit — Hardware Only, 8' x 8'
The complete aluminum extrusion frame for our 8' x 8' frontlit SEG fabric wall. Graphics are not included — this is the order for teams who already own SEG panels, or who want to buy the structure once and change the artwork every season.
Ideal for trade show backdrops, media and interview walls, photo backdrops, press conferences, reception areas, retail feature walls, and permanent office or studio branding.
Near-Square 8' x 8' Format
Eight by eight is the backdrop proportion. A near-square wall fills a camera frame cleanly, which is exactly what you want behind an interview subject, a step-and-repeat photo line, or a press conference lectern.
It also suits a 10' x 10' booth without overwhelming it, leaving room at the sides for a counter, literature stand, or entry gap.
Silicone Edge Graphics Sit Flush
A silicone strip sewn into the perimeter of the fabric panel tucks into a channel around the frame, so the printed surface finishes flush with the frame edge.
No clips, no hems, no visible hardware — on a wall this large, that seamless finish is the whole difference between a professional backdrop and a banner hung on a stand.
Aluminum Extrusion Frame
The frame is built from lightweight aluminum extrusion and assembles fully tool-free. Rigid extrusion is what keeps an eight-foot span straight under tension instead of bowing at the centre or leaning at the top.
It is light and durable enough for repeated show travel, and it breaks down for storage between events.
Change Graphics Without New Hardware
Fabric panels tuck in and out in minutes, so one frame supports an unlimited run of campaigns — new product, new sponsor, new season, same wall. If you need the frame and a graphic together, the complete kit is available as PM806.
