Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

20'W x 8'H EuroFit Straight Wall — Hardware Only, Frame and Carry Case
The aluminum frame and carry case for our 20' EuroFit straight wall. Graphics are not included — order this if you already own a compatible cover, need a second frame so multiple graphic sets can be deployed at once, or are replacing hardware and keeping your existing artwork.
Ideal for double booths, main stage and keynote backdrops, media walls, press conferences, large photo backdrops, corporate events, and permanent lobby or showroom branding.
Spans a Double Booth Width
Twenty feet covers two standard 10' booth spaces end to end, letting you present one uninterrupted branded wall where most exhibitors show a patchwork of separate displays.
That width is also what makes a wall work as a stage or keynote backdrop, where the camera frame is wide and a narrow banner leaves venue walls exposed on either side.
Modular Aluminum Structure
The frame is built from modular aluminum sections that push together tool-free, so a 20-foot structure still goes up in minutes without an install crew or paid venue labour.
Aluminum keeps the shipping and handling weight manageable at this size, and the assembled frame holds the full span rigid and straight.
Long-Term Backbone for Rotating Graphics
A 20-foot wall is the largest and most visible surface most exhibitors own, and it is also the one most likely to need new messaging each season.
Buying the frame once and ordering graphics as campaigns change is substantially cheaper than replacing complete kits — and it means a rebrand does not put your hardware out of service.
Protective Carry Case Included
A protective carry case is included so the frame sections stay together and undamaged in transit and storage. The frame is covered by a one-year hardware warranty.
