Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Econo Tripod X-Banner Hardware with Tubular Carry Bag — For SKU DP788 Graphics
Stand hardware for the Econo Tripod X-Banner, matched to DP788 graphic panels. Hardware only — graphics are sold separately — making this the economical way to run the same artwork in more places, or to replace a stand while keeping graphics you already own.
Ideal for retail floors, lobbies and entryways, trade show aisles, conference registration, restaurant and cafe frontage, real estate open houses, and multi-location promotional campaigns.

The stand and its tubular carry bag are included. Graphic panels are not — order the matching DP788 graphic to complete the display.
Because this frame is sized for DP788 panels specifically, the graphic tensions evenly across the arms and hangs flat rather than curling at the corners.
