Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Deluxe Wide Base Retractable Banner Hardware — For Double-Sided Graphics
Retractable banner hardware built specifically for double-sided graphics, with a wide base to carry the extra load. This listing is the hardware only — stand and padded carry bag — with graphics not included and sold separately.
Ideal for exhibitors who already own double-sided graphics, teams standardizing on one stand across multiple artwork sets, and anyone replacing a worn base while keeping their prints.
Wide Base for Double-Sided Loads
Two graphics mean roughly twice the weight and twice the wind resistance of a single-sided banner, and a standard narrow base is not built for it.
The wide base broadens the footprint for meaningfully greater stability, keeping the stand upright and square in high-traffic aisles, doorways, and anywhere air moves through.
Two Messages, One Footprint
A double-sided stand works in both directions, so it earns its space in the middle of a room, in a corridor, at the entrance to a booth, or anywhere traffic passes on both sides.
Run the same artwork on both faces for consistent branding, or split it — an offer facing the door, a product message facing the room.
