Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

Premium Sand Bags for Tents — Set of 4
Wind is the single biggest risk to an outdoor tent, and a tent is only as secure as its anchoring. This set of four premium sand bags puts roughly 20 pounds of hold-down weight on every leg of your tent — the anchoring method to use whenever you cannot stake into the ground.
Ideal for sporting events, festivals, farmers markets, parking lot and sidewalk activations, school and community events, races, and any hard-surface venue where stakes are not permitted.
Set of Four — One Per Leg
Tents fail at the weakest corner, so all four legs need weight. This set covers a complete tent rather than leaving you to buy bags piecemeal.
Each bag holds approximately 20 lbs when filled, for around 80 lbs of total ballast across the frame. In gusty or exposed conditions, add a second set and double up per leg.
Fill Onsite With Sand, Rocks, or Salt
The bags ship empty and flat, so there is no freight cost on the weight and nothing heavy to carry until you are on location.
Fill them with sand, gravel or rocks, or bagged salt — whatever you can source cheaply near the venue. Empty them at the end of the event and they fold flat again for the trip home.
Premium, Tear-Resistant Fabric
The premium fabric construction resists tearing at the seams and holds up to sun exposure, which is where cheaper weight bags split and dump their fill mid-event.
The bags work with both our aluminum and steel tent frames, wrapping and securing to the legs rather than simply sitting beside them.
