Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Cross Base — Works With All Flags
A heavy-duty four-leg steel cross base that keeps your advertising flag upright and stable on any hard surface. This is the base you need when you cannot stake into the ground.
Ideal for pavement, parking lots, sidewalks, concrete pads, arena and gym floors, tiled or polished indoor floors, showrooms, storefronts, and trade show halls.
Four-Leg Cross Design Resists Tipping
The cross configuration distributes weight across four legs and spreads the footprint wide in every direction, giving the flag far more resistance to tipping than a single-point base.
That stability matters most outdoors in gusty conditions and in high-traffic indoor spaces where a passing shoulder or cart can knock a flag over.
