Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

15' Large Flag Kit — Hardware Included, Outdoor Use
The complete hardware set for our 15-foot outdoor flag: poles, ground spike base, and carry bag. Fifteen feet is the large size in the range — the one you order when the flag has to dominate the sightline rather than share it. Graphics are sold separately.
Ideal for highway-facing and roadside locations, car dealerships, large parking lots and campuses, festivals and fairgrounds, sports complexes, races and marathons, grand openings, and spread-out event grounds that need wayfinding visible from across the site.
Fifteen Feet Dominates the Sightline
At fifteen feet the graphic sits well above vehicles, crowds, fencing, tents, and neighbouring signage, staying legible from distances where a ten- or thirteen-foot flag has already disappeared into the clutter.
That reach is what makes this size the practical choice for wayfinding on a large site — a flag at each entrance, parking area, or activation zone that visitors can find from wherever they happen to be standing.
Aviation-Grade Composite Poles
The kit includes one set of aviation-grade fibreglass carbon composite poles. Composite flexes with a gust and returns straight instead of taking the permanent bend aluminum acquires after one bad afternoon.
Wind load climbs with height, so that property matters most on a flag this tall: the pole bows, the fabric moves, and the motion draws the eye — while the hardware survives the season rather than the weekend.
Ground Spike Base Included
One spike base is included for outdoor installation into grass or soil. It drives straight into soft ground and anchors the flag without weights, sandbags, or tools.
Drive the spike fully and firmly at this height — the taller the flag, the more work the anchor is doing, and a flag this size is worth thirty extra seconds of setup.
Packs Down, Reprints Cheaply
A carry bag is included and the sectional poles break down for transport and indoor storage between promotions, so a fifteen-foot flag still travels in a car rather than a truck.
