Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

8.5' X-Small Flag Kit — Hardware Included, Outdoor Use
The complete hardware set for our smallest outdoor flag: poles, ground spike base, and carry bag. At 8.5 feet it is the discreet size in the range — tall enough to be seen from the sidewalk or across a parking lot, short enough to sit under awnings, signage, and low branches without fouling. Graphics are sold separately.
Ideal for storefronts and business entrances, open houses, pop-up shops, grand openings, sale and promotion signage, golf tournaments, sports fields, school and university events, and residential or landscaped settings where a taller flag would overwhelm the space.
Aviation-Grade Composite Poles
The kit includes one set of aviation-grade fibreglass carbon composite poles. Composite flexes with a gust and returns straight instead of taking a permanent bend the way aluminum does.
That flex is the whole point of a feather flag: the pole bows, the fabric moves, and the motion catches attention that a rigid sign never will — while the pole survives the season rather than the weekend.
Ground Spike Base Included
One spike base is included for outdoor installation into grass or soil. The spike drives straight into soft ground and anchors the flag without weights, sandbags, or tools.
Setup takes under a minute, which matters when one person is placing several flags along a driveway, fairway, or event route.
Packs Down for Transport
A carry bag is included, and the sectional poles break down small enough to travel in a car rather than a truck — practical for staff moving between locations or storing the kit indoors between promotions.
