Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

10'W x 8'H EuroFit Straight Wall Hardware Only — Frame and Carry Case, Graphics Not Included
A 10' x 8' EuroFit straight wall frame supplied as hardware only with a protective carry case. Graphics are not included and are sold separately — this is the standard-width backdrop skeleton most exhibitors build around.
Ideal for standard 10' inline booths, trade show backdrops, media and interview walls, registration and reception areas, sponsor walls, retail feature walls, and studio installations.
Fits the Standard 10' Booth
Ten feet is the default inline booth width at most shows, which makes this the frame that fills your rented frontage exactly — no awkward gaps at the edges and no overhang into a neighbour's space.
It also scales: two frames form a 20' run for larger booths, so the same hardware grows with your show schedule rather than being replaced.
Tool-Free Assembly Saves Show Labour
The aluminum sections push together by hand — no tools, no fasteners, and no need to book installation labour for a straightforward backdrop.
On a 10' wall that difference is real money at union venues, and it means your own team can install and strike on their own schedule.
Graphics Not Included
This listing covers the frame and carry case only. The frame is the reusable backbone of the display — order pillowcase graphics separately and change them out as branding, sponsors, or product messaging evolve.
Protective Carry Case Included
The frame collapses into tube sections that pack into the included carry case, keeping the aluminum protected between shows. Hardware is backed by a one-year warranty.
