Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for 15' Straight Wall — Block Out Fabric, Velcro Back, No End Caps
A new single-sided graphic for our 15' straight tension fabric wall, printed on superior block-out fabric and finished with velcro on the back. Approximately 180" wide by 90" high, with no end caps. The frame is not included.
Ideal for trade show back walls, conference and keynote backdrops, media and press walls, retail and mall displays, showrooms, lobbies, and recruitment or campus events. No setup charge applies.
Block-Out Fabric Eliminates Light Bleed
A dense opaque construction stops light passing through the panel, so nothing behind the wall shows as a shadow or a bright patch in your artwork.
Colour holds up as a result: dark tones read solid rather than translucent, and a black background stays properly black instead of washing to grey when a hall light sits behind it.
An Uninterrupted Fifteen-Foot Face
This version has no wrap end caps, so the artwork runs flat across the full front with nothing turning the corners — the whole panel is one clean canvas.
It is the right choice when the wall sits flush against a back drape or a solid wall and the sides are never seen. It also costs less than the end cap version, since you are not printing surfaces nobody looks at.
Velcro Back, No Tools
Velcro sewn to the back of the graphic mates with the frame, so the panel presses on by hand and peels off the same way — no clips, channels, or tools.
That makes a mid-show swap realistic: two people can change the face of a fifteen-foot wall in minutes between sessions.
Purpose-Fitted to the BB796 Wall
These graphics are made for our 15' straight wall frame, BB796. They are not a universal panel — confirm your frame model before ordering, and note that the wrap end cap version is a separate item.
