Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

15' Straight Wall Tension Fabric Pop-Up Display Kit with Wrap End Caps — Superior Block-Out Fabric
The same full-height 15-foot pop-up wall, upgraded with wrap end caps so your graphics continue around both sides of the display. The result is a finished, three-sided look with no exposed frame edges — and extra branding surface for traffic approaching from the aisles.

Wrap End Caps for a Seamless Look
The fabric graphic wraps around the sides of the wall rather than stopping at the front face, hiding the frame and giving the display a sleek, fully finished appearance from every angle.
Those wrapped returns are usable branding real estate — a logo, tagline, hashtag, or product callout on the end caps gets seen by attendees walking the aisle before they ever face the wall head-on.
Tool-Free Pop-Up Assembly
Graphics are pre-attached to the frame with hook-and-loop, so you expand the durable, lightweight aluminum pop-up frame and the wall is done — no tools and no loose hardware.
The unit goes from a compact case to an impressive full-height backdrop in minutes, and breaks down just as quickly at the end of the show.
Superior Block-Out Fabric
The wall is produced with Superior Block-Out fabric and a black backing that completely prevents light from passing through the material.
Colours stay rich and opaque in bright, sunny rooms, near windows, and under strong booth or stage lighting — exactly where standard fabric tends to wash out or glow through.
Full-Colour Graphics, Edge to Edge
Artwork is dye-sublimated edge to edge across the front face and around the wrapped sides for one continuous branded surface.
Photographic images, step-and-repeat patterns, full-colour logos, sponsor walls, and product messaging are all supported, and the price includes your full-colour graphics.
