Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for 8'W x 8'H EuroFit Wall — Block Out Fabric, Double Sided Slip-On Cover
A new double-sided slip-on cover in our block-out fabric for the 8' x 8' EuroFit wall, printed full colour on both faces. Hardware and case are not included — order it to put fresh artwork on a frame you already own.
Ideal for compact trade show booths, conference and event backdrops, room dividers, retail floors, showrooms, lobby and reception displays, product launches, and recruitment fairs. No setup charge applies.
Installs in Minutes, No Tools
The cover pulls over the assembled frame like a pillowcase and zips closed, tensioning the fabric taut across both faces — no clips, no tools, no ladder.
Changeover is quick enough to do between events, or even between days of the same show if you run two campaigns.
Different Artwork on Each Side
Because the block-out layer keeps both faces genuinely opaque, they can carry completely different designs with no ghosting between them.
Brand and offer to the aisle, product detail or a media wall facing inward — or two separate campaigns, switched by turning the wall around.
Zero Light-Through
The opaque backing also stops the venue behind the wall showing through: no shadows, no bright patches, no outline of the frame beneath the print.
Dark tones stay solid rather than translucent, so deep brand colours hold under hall lighting instead of washing to grey.
Cheaper Than a New Wall
The aluminum frame and padded case are the durable half of the display; the cover is the half that dates. Replacing only the cover renews an 8' wall for a fraction of a complete kit.
Purpose-Fitted to the 8' EuroFit Frame
This cover is cut and sewn for our 8' x 8' EuroFit straight wall. It is not a universal cover — confirm your frame width and height before ordering, as the 10' cover is cut differently.
