Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

10'W x 8'H EuroFit Tension Fabric Straight Wall Kit — Superior Block Out Fabric, Double Sided
A complete 10' x 8' EuroFit wall in our block-out fabric: lightweight aluminum frame, a double-sided printed slip-on cover, and a padded carry case. Ten feet is the standard trade show booth width, printed on both faces with zero light-through.
Ideal for standard 10' trade show booths, conference and event backdrops, room dividers, retail floors, showrooms, lobby and reception displays, product launches, and recruitment fairs.
Fills the Standard Booth Width
Ten feet covers the whole back edge of a standard booth, so no venue drape, pipe, or neighbouring stand shows at the sides of your space.
It is the largest EuroFit straight wall we make, and the one that reads as a built stand rather than a display panel placed in a booth.
Opaque Backing Keeps Both Sides Vivid
The block-out layer between the two faces stops either side showing through, so both read fully saturated — and dark brand tones stay solid instead of going translucent.
Across a ten-foot span that consistency is very visible: any light bleed would appear as an uneven patch in the middle of your largest branded surface.
Two Layouts From One Wall
With both faces genuinely opaque you can run different artwork on each — brand outward, product or sponsor detail inward — or two different campaigns and simply turn the wall around.
In an open floor plan the same wall then works as a divider, branded on both sides, rather than as a backdrop with a blank rear.
Travels Well for a Wall This Size
The aluminum frame is light enough for one person to assemble by hand in minutes, with no tools and no ladder.
The cover pulls on like a pillowcase and tensions taut, so folding creases relax out, and everything packs into the included padded case.
Replaceable Cover
Replacement covers are available separately, so the frame and case carry on while the artwork changes each season. An 8' version is available for compact booths.
